Aleah Heath knows what it takes to build success from the ground up. In 2011, she began her career in account receivables management, where she worked her way up the corporate ladder from an inside sales representative to the positions of vice president and senior director. She has led national and international sales teams and is passionate about helping start-up companies and businesses grow, with a proven record of increasing revenue growth by over $5,000,000 annually. She currently serves as Director of Sales and Business Development, Unifund; Director of Sales and Business Development, Payce; Managing Member, Willow Creek Land and Cattle Company and Willow Creek Consulting; and Executive Director, ANE Foundation.
Heath, who left her childhood home at the age of 15, understands unequivocally the importance of having a support network in place that is accessible to young women nationwide. She credits members of her church family – who shared their love, guidance and support in those formative years – with helping her forge a new path forward.
In addition to her work in the accounts receivables and consulting industries, Heath manages a horse boarding stable and raises performance horses and cattle. She loves spending time with her three daughters and competing in barrel racing events with her horses. From all that is good and abundant in Heath’s life, she is eager to create opportunities for others.
Jennifer Cothran used to know only two things about cars: gas was important, and four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive had to be the same thing since every car had four wheels.
She has learned a thing or two since those early years and has spent the last 19 years working as a content manager in the automotive market.
Jennifer now manages a large team of employees and often travels to speak at conferences. She also sits on industry committees and is a strong advocate for women to be included at the table – at all levels – within the automotive industry.
Jennifer is also an active mom to her daughter, a puppy and a cat. She enjoys volunteering with the NexGen kids at her home church in Oro Valley, and loves spending as much time as she can with her family and friends.
Jennifer Stringfellow is the mother of two daughters and a grandmother to two.
